Thank you for your interest in my work, make sure my Terms of Service is acceptable before considering me for a commission:COMMISSION PROCESS1. Send me a message once you have submitted your application form.2. If accepted, a price quotation will be sent to you with a downpayment link and a proposed commission start date.3. In depth discussions/model related advice, etc. will only be given after initial payment.4. Commission will begin on your start date if all discussions and downpayment are complete.5. Project needs to be paid in full before release.GENERALThe pricing on this website is just the base price, with image size max limit if indicated.Actual price quotation depends on complexity, project layers, symmetry, add-ons, etc. (see Pricing)Not accepting NSFW commissions.Please be patient with me, especially when I have other commissions ahead of yours.Regular art commissions can take 1-3 weeks to finish, rush orders on priority (Rush: +20% total project price).VTUBER MODELSVTuber commissions can take up to 2-3 months to finish, strictly no rush orders.The combined Art + Rig commission package are recommended for high quality models.For VTuber Rig only orders:
- Range of motion is limited to quality of the *.psd cut and layers
- Your artist must be readily available to do corrections if necessary
- Client will shoulder any cost for their artist's additional time and work
- Turn over time will be adjusted accordingly depending on your artist's responsivenessVTuber commissions are for Live2D and VTuber Studio only.Providing a character sheet or a collection of original references is required.Designing one for you from your notes/imagination/other references is a separate regular art commission (Full body/$188).VTuber are expensive because it is a lot of work, make sure you can afford it before ordering to avoid losing your OC (see Payment).PRICINGThe price does not include paypal fees.All price listed are experimental and may increase overtime as I gain experience and skill level.Kindly check for any updates if a considerable amount of time has passed between your last visit.You can only lock in the base price upon downpayment, not on the day you applied or submitted your order form.However please note that this does not include complex projects, revision fees, add-ons and other unforseen fees that may incur throughout the commission.For this reason you must declare your budget in the application form before any discussion is made for your own safety.Unrealistic expectations will be denied, requesting me to set limits to work with your budget is allowed.Extra add-ons that are not mentioned can be discussed.EDITS & REVISIONSBe sure you want to commission me as an an artist: do not ask me to change my art/rig style or replicate other artist's work.Revisions are free during the initial sketch, however I reserve the right to make changes on the final work to adhere to my style quality.Please ensure that you provided all references and notes in the application form to improve the accuracy of your commission request.Errors on my end will be revised free of charge, except for unclear instructions.Asking me to redo parts of the commission because you weren't sure of what you want will be charged a fee (minimum 20 USD/hr).PAYMENTNo Refunds, do not order unless you're 100% sure you want me.The client must be of legal age and will not issue a chargeback under any circumstance.A special full refund is granted if I am unable to fulfill your request due to health or communication issues.Payment must be in USD via paypal only. Donations or gifted subs from other platforms does not count as commission payment.Full payment upfront is required for orders below 30 USD.50% downpayment upfront for all orders above 30 USD.For regular art commissions, the remaining 50% must be paid before I start the lineart.For Vtuber models, the remaining 50% must be paid before I send you the final file.Unclaimed halfpaid work will be resold as adoptables 60 days after completion notice (w/ artist credit) to cover work cost.Make sure to double check if you can afford the commission to avoid this inconvenience.USAGE & CREDITSProper crediting of my work with a direct link back to me in an easily accessibe place is required.Never remove my signature. I do not allow my art to be traced, altered, recolored, retouched, or fed to AI.For Vtuber models you may refer to me as your Vtuber mama/papa/rigger/artist.I have the right to share my work process, advertise the progress, or showcase my work at any time.Clients may request to keep it private for a fee before a certain date or up to 60 days upon delivery (NDA: +20% of total project price).Malicious clients will have their rights to my work(s) revoked (e.g. racism, sexism).All base price includes: PNG version or plain background version.CMO3 file is not included to protect my work.PSD file can be requested for a small fee.Do not claim my work as your own.Not for NFT use.LICENSINGCommercial use licensing is included in the base price for indies with some exemption:-Do not use my art for merch selling, these commissions do not come with merchandise licensing-Do not resell my art or vtuber model without my consent and never for profit-If you are a COMPANY, TALENT AGENCY, or intends to use my work for MERCHANDISE, email me for a separate quotation starting at 2.5x base cost and cmo3 file handover for corporate work can be discussed if needed
